Votre environnement de travail

Au sein de la Direction Souscription Entreprises & Construction, vous contribuez au développement et à la rentabilité du portefeuille Construction.

Véritable partenaire des intermédiaires (Agents et Courtiers), vous prenez en charge la souscription et la gestion des risques de construction sur les contrats d'activité et accompagnez le développement commercial de ce marché.

Vos Missions

À ce titre, vous :

  • Analysez les risques présentés par les intermédiaires (Agents et Courtiers) afin de vous prononcer sur leur acceptation ;
  • Déterminez les conditions de garanties et de tarification adaptées aux risques étudiés ;
  • Intervenez sur les contrats d'activité RC / RCD des entreprises du BTP, Fabricants-Négociants et Concepteurs ;
  • Établissez les contrats dans le respect des règles et procédures définies ;
  • Assurez la gestion du portefeuille confié tout au long de la vie des contrats (actualisation des risques, attestations nominatives, révisions, etc.) ;
  • Assurez la surveillance et le suivi technique du portefeuille ;
  • Contribuez au développement commercial et à la qualité de la relation avec les intermédiaires ;
  • Veillez à concilier qualité de souscription, maîtrise des risques et performance du portefeuille.

Votre profil

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en assurance ou en droit, vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en souscription construction, d'au moins 7 ans, idéalement acquise au sein d'une compagnie d'assurance.

Compétences clés

  • Expertise en souscription construction ;
  • Bonne connaissance des contrats RC et RCD ;
  • Capacité d'analyse et d'appréciation des risques ;
  • Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités ;
  • Aisance relationnelle ;
  • Sens du développement commercial ;
  • Rigueur et autonomie.
