Der Abendfrieden, Wohnen & Pflege ist eine private und gemeinnützige Stiftung, die 90 Bewohnenden eine individuelle und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung in einem familiären Umfeld bietet. 150 Mitarbeitende sorgen rund um die Uhr für die unterstützenden Dienstleistungen in der Pflege, Küche, Gastronomie, Hauswirtschaft, Technik und Administration. Zudem bieten wir 17 Lehr- und Studienplätze an. Wohlgefühl und Lebensqualität sind für uns zentrale Elemente bei der Begleitung der Bewohnenden. Das Team pflegt ein partnerschaftliches Miteinander mit Bewohnenden und Mitarbeitenden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie lernen alle Abteilungen unserer Hauswirtschaft (Reinigung, Wäscherei, Lingerie, Hausdienst sowie unser hauseigenes Cafe Schwank und Küche) kennen und arbeiten aktiv in diesen mit. Sie haben die Möglichkeit alle 4 Monate eine neue Abteilung kennenzulernen.
  • Sie unterstützen unser Team bei der täglichen Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Wohlbefinden unserer Bewohnenden sowie Gästen gemäss unseren Qualitätsstandards.
  • Sie wirken aktiv mit bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Events im Café Schwank (Weihnachtsessen, 1. Augustfeier, Sommerfest etc.)
  • Sie erlernen den fachgerechten Umgang mit diversen Arbeitsgeräten, Reinigungs- und Waschmitteln unter Berücksichtigung von Ergonomie, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umweltschutz.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene obligatorische Schulbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie bringen Freude und Motivation für eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit im täglichen Umgang mit Menschen mit, die sich in ihrem Lebensabend befinden.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Herzlichkeit ein im täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen und lernen, empathisch auf individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen.
