The posting

Kolsva – varannan fredag kl. 15.00 till lördag kl. 10.00

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av personlig assistans och kunskap om ADHD, autism och andra NPF-diagnoser.

Du är trygg, lugn och lyhörd och bemöter utmanande situationer med tålamod och respekt. Du förstår vikten av tydliga rutiner, struktur och ett lågaffektivt bemötande för att skapa trygghet i vardagen.

Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet av personlig assistans och NPF. Kunskap om lågaffektivt bemötande. Förmåga att följa rutiner och arbeta strukturerat. God svenska i tal och skrift. B-körkort och tillgång till bil.

Du tar ansvar för ditt arbetspass och bidrar till en trygg och fungerande vardag utifrån individens behov och självbestämmande.

Erfarenhet av hund och katt är meriterande. Du behöver tåla båda.

Arbetstid: Ett fast pass varannan fredag kl. 15.00 till lördag kl. 10.00, med sovande jour. Det finns även möjlighet att arbeta som vikarie vid behov.
