Abernathy Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate openings in Burlington, Lexington, Bedford, Lincoln, Concord, and surrounding communities.

Looking for a home care position that works with your schedule? We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, short and longer shifts, and local client assignments whenever possible.

Whether you're looking to build a full schedule or add a few shifts each week, we'd love to talk with you!

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide with Abernathy Home Care, you'll provide personalized care and support to seniors and adults living in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
  • Providing mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance
  • Preparing meals
  • Assisting with light housekeeping
  • Providing companionship and social support
  • Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
  • Following individualized care plans
  • Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What We're Looking For

  • Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
  • Current TB documentation
  • Valid driver's license and your own vehicle
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Dependable and professional communication
  • Compassionate approach to working with seniors and adults who need support
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours/week

Flexible Home Care Scheduling
