Nosso propósito é promover qualidade de vida por meio de um atendimento humanizado e ético, com foco na experiência do cliente.Venha construir essa missão conosco e fazer parte de um time que cuida de pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCargo: Auxiliar de Saúde OcupacionalPrincipais atividades:Prestar suporte administrativo e operacional às atividades de Saúde Ocupacional.Realizar o agendamento e acompanhamento de exames ocupacionais (admissional, periódico, retorno ao trabalho, mudança de função e demissional).Controlar vencimentos de exames ocupacionais e documentos legais.Organizar e manter atualizados prontuários e registros dos empregados.Apoiar a gestão de afastamentos, restrições médicas e programas de saúde ocupacional.Realizar contato com clínicas credenciadas, empregados e gestores para alinhamento de informações.Emitir relatórios, planilhas e indicadores da área.Apoiar campanhas de promoção à saúde e qualidade de vida.Garantir o correto arquivamento e confidencialidade das informações médicas e ocupacionais.Auxiliar nas rotinas relacionadas ao eSocial e demais exigências legais aplicáveis à Saúde Ocupacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Vivência em recepção ou processos administrativos na área da saúde será um diferencial;Conhecimento: Pacote Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Habilidades: Comunicação clara e objetiva, organização, proatividade e empatia.Informações adicionaisPor que fazer parte do nosso time?Somos uma empresa empenhada em fazer nossa cultura e valores acontecerem na prática.
