The posting

Planejar, captar, editar e finalizar vídeos para campanhas publicitárias, marketing digital, redes sociais, eventos e comunicação institucional.

Operar câmeras, equipamentos de iluminação, áudio e acessórios para produção audiovisual.

Realizar edição de vídeos, tratamento de áudio, correção de cor (color grading), inserção de legendas, motion graphics e efeitos visuais.

Desenvolver conteúdos em diferentes formatos e proporções (Stories, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, institucionais, anúncios e TV corporativa).

Criar roteiros técnicos, storyboards e participar da concepção criativa das produções audiovisuais.

Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de marketing, direção de arte, design e redação na produção de campanhas e conteúdos.

Produzir animações e vinhetas utilizando ferramentas de motion design.

Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para geração de vídeos, edição, dublagem, legendagem automática, criação de roteiros, tratamento de imagem, voz e otimização do fluxo de produção.

Organizar, catalogar e gerenciar arquivos de vídeo, áudio e projetos.

Garantir a qualidade técnica das entregas, respeitando identidade visual, prazos e especificações de cada plataforma.

Acompanhar tendências de audiovisual, redes sociais, storytelling e novas tecnologias aplicadas à produção de conteúdo.

Apoiar a cobertura audiovisual de eventos, gravações externas e produções internas da empresa.

REQUISITOS:

Domínio dos softwares Adobe Premiere Pro e After Effects.

Conhecimento em Adobe Photoshop e Adobe Illustrator para criação de elementos gráficos e thumbnails.

Experiência em captação de vídeo com câmeras DSLR/Mirrorless e smartphones profissionais.

Conhecimento em operação de equipamentos de iluminação, áudio e estabilização (gimbal, tripé, microfones e iluminação).

Noções de colorização (Color Grading) e tratamento de áudio.

Conhecimento em formatos e especificações para redes sociais (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn e demais plataformas).

Experiência com motion graphics e animações.

Conhecimento em ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao audiovisual (Runway, Adobe Firefly, Veo, Kling, CapCut AI, Descript, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT ou similares) para criação, edição, legendagem, dublagem e otimização de vídeos.

Organização, criatividade, senso estético e atenção aos detalhes.

Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalho em equipe.

Disponibilidade para gravações externas e cobertura de eventos, quando necessário.

Inglês intermediário para utilização de ferramentas, referências e atualização profissional (desejável).
