The Role:

Our Rewards Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end Employee Benefits Management process and associated benefit delivery to employees for the Europe region. This is a full-time office-based role in Prague.

What will you be doing:

  • Support end-to-end Employee Benefits Management process and associated benefit delivery to employees for the Europe region.
  • Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders including Vendors, People Business Partners, Employees, Managers etc
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards
  • Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Liaise between vendors and employees to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery and performance by vendors
  • Reporting: Ensure all essential information is safely shared with all stakeholders on a timely basis and support data-driven decisions.
  • Implement Internal Controls to ensure accurate accounting, payments, and tax processing.
  • Communication planning and coordination. Organized employees´ training focuses on support and increasing Benefits awareness
  • Implement initiatives to consistently improve employee and stakeholder experience

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in /People-related functions and processes, mainly in benefits process
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must – Advanced Excel required
  • Project management experience or knowledge of methodologies is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).
  • Communication is key, with the ability to influence and manage a variety of stakeholder
  • Previous experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Fluency in English require, knowledge of Dutch or German is beneficial
  • Solid Excel and Power Point skills
  • Experience in SAP Benefits module
