Part-Time Admin Assistant (Holland)

About Able Best Able Best Employment Agency has helped Singapore families find suitable migrant domestic workers since 2003. We’re looking for a reliable, organised part-timer to support our Holland branch and work closely with our senior admin team.

Working arrangement

  • Permanent part-time, about 3 to 5 days a week, 4 to 6 hours a day
  • Days and hours agreed with you, then kept consistent
  • Please state your preferred days and hours when you apply

What you’ll do

  • Enter and update customer and case data accurately in our systems
  • Sort, file, scan and prepare documents, forms and PDFs
  • Organise digital files in Google Drive and keep case records tidy
  • Answer calls and WhatsApp messages, and pass enquiries to our consultants
  • Keep the branch tidy and support daily operations

What we’re looking for

  • Careful, responsible and strong on detail, with good typing and data entry accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Sheets
  • Comfortable with PDFs, Google Drive, email and WhatsApp
  • Good English, and able to handle confidential customer information properly
  • Mandarin or Malay is a plus
  • Experience is helpful but not required, and returning-to-work applicants are welcome

Pay and benefits

  • S$13 to 16 per hour, or a fixed monthly rate depending on experience and commitment
