About Able Best Able Best Employment Agency has helped Singapore families find suitable migrant domestic workers since 2003. We’re growing our sales team and will train and support the right people.

What you’ll do

  • Handle customer enquiries from walk-ins, calls and WhatsApp
  • Work alongside our senior consultants and learn how a placement is done from start to finish
  • Coordinate interviews, appointments and follow-ups
  • Keep case records accurate in our CRM(Airtable)
  • Take on your own cases as you qualify and grow

What we’re looking for

  • Friendly, patient and a good listener
  • Self-motivated and keen to earn through results
  • Able to communicate in English. Additional language like Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Burmese or Tagalog is a plus
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Drive and PDFs. Airtable is an advantage
  • No experience needed, and CEI holders are welcome

Pay and benefits

  • Basic salary of S$2,200 to 3,000 a month, depending on experience
  • Multi-tiered commission plan as you take on your own cases, with a higher basic once you qualify
  • On-the-job coaching from senior consultants
  • A clear path to consultant/senior consultant
