IFS Pricing & Solutions Specialist
Department: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Reports To: Senior Director, FP&A & Head of Pricing
Location: Dunwoody, GA-
Hybrid: Monday-Tuesday in office
ABM Performance Solutions (APS) is seeking an experienced IFS Pricing & Solutions Specialist to support strategic growth initiatives across our Integrated Facility Solutions portfolio.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work alongside Solutioning, Operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Transition leaders to develop competitive, operationally sound, and financially successful solutions for prospective and existing clients. You'll play a key role in transforming complex facility service requirements into winning commercial strategies that support both customer objectives and long-term business success.
This position is ideal for a facilities management professional who understands service delivery, labor strategies, operational cost drivers, and integrated facilities contracts, and enjoys working at the intersection of operations, finance, and business development.
Responsibilities
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Develop pricing models for new business pursuits, renewals, rebids, and contract change orders.
- Create pricing solutions that align operational requirements, customer expectations, contractual obligations, and financial objectives.
- Perform scenario analysis, cost validation, and pricing optimization throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Evaluate profitability, competitiveness, and operational feasibility to support business decisions.
- Support commercial reviews and executive approvals.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Solutioning, Operations, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Transition teams.
- Ensure service delivery models, staffing strategies, productivity assumptions, and scope requirements are accurately reflected in pricing.
- Identify risks, assumptions, exclusions, and dependencies that may impact contract performance.
- Support effective handoffs from pursuit through implementation.
Cost Modeling & Financial Analysis
- Translate service scope, workforce plans, productivity assumptions, and operational strategies into labor and cost models.
- Analyze labor, payroll burden, materials, supplies, equipment, subcontractor expenses, and other operating costs.
- Utilize industry benchmarks, historical performance data, and productivity metrics to support pricing decisions and improve accuracy.
- Provide recommendations that balance operational excellence, client value, and profitability.
Stakeholder Communication
- Present pricing assumptions, commercial recommendations, and financial impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Convert complex operational and financial information into clear and actionable insights.
- Prepare pricing summaries, executive presentations, and proposal support documentation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in facilities services, integrated facility management (IFM), integrated facility solutions (IFS), pricing, commercial finance, solution support, bid management, proposal development, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of facilities services cost drivers, labor-based pricing models, and service delivery operations.
- Experience supporting RFPs, contract renewals, change orders, or large-scale service pursuits.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, Pivot Tables, lookups, and scenario analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting integrated facility management or outsourced operations programs.
- Knowledge of janitorial, engineering, maintenance, HVAC, grounds, workplace experience, and other hard and soft service lines.
- Experience with workforce planning, productivity modeling, contract financials, SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Familiarity with Power BI, business intelligence platforms, benchmarking tools, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
