Stellenbeschreibung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Beratung zu datenschutz- und IT-rechtlichen Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei strategischen und projektbezogenen Themen, insbesondere an den Schnittstellen zu IT-Recht und E-Commerce
  • Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen (B2B)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Übersichten zu Datenverarbeitungen, Datenschutzerklärungen und Datenschutzfolgenabschätzungen sowie bei der Identifikation rechtlicher Chancen und Risiken in Projekten und dem Prozessdesign
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung unternehmensspezifischer Verträge
  • Rechtliche Begleitung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Technologieprodukten und -services, IT-Systemen, Geschäftsprozessen und Verträgen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Departments sowie externen Rechtsanwaltskanzleien
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem General Counsel
  • Unterstützung beim Know-how-Management sowie bei allgemeinen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben sowie Aufsetzen von Prozessen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Wirtschaftsrecht (LL.M.), erstes Staatsexamen oder vergleichbarer akademischer Abschluss
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Recht, IT-Recht und/oder Datenschutzrecht
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Technologieaffinität sowie Interesse daran, sich schnell in neue digitale und rechtliche Themenfelder einzuarbeiten
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative sowie Freude daran, in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
