Urgently Required Sr. Manager HR

Experience required for the Job: 5 to 8+ years Annual CTC: Up to 5 lacs Job Location: Kolkata

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION: Monthly Responsibilities:

ü Talent Acquisition: Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within .

ü Creating and maintaining a list of new manpower sourcing units and colleges for recruitment.

ü Onboarding & Induction: Completing joining formalities, including introductions, allocation of assets, biometric registration, and documentation.

ü HR Documentation: Issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters past promotions, promotion letters, and other official HR documents.

ü Payroll Management: Preparing salary sheets (both in Excel and HR software) for all employees.

ü Statutory Compliance: Filing and ensuring timely payment of statutory returns (PF, ESIC, P. Tax), Settlement of any matters pertaining to statutory with respective government departments.

ü Leave & Attendance Management: Maintaining leave balances and processing leave requests.

ü Advance & Reimbursements: Tracking employee advances and maintaining records.

ü Travel Allowances: Verifying and disbursing travel allowance claims.

ü Asset Management: Maintaining an updated list of company assets allocated to employees.

ü Vendor Compliance & Payments: Ensuring statutory compliance of manpower service providers and processing their invoices.

ü Employee Engagement & Events: Organizing Reward & Recognition (R&R) programs.

ü Making arrangements for birthday celebrations and other employee engagement activities.

ü Coordinating training programs and ensuring smooth execution.

ü ISO & IATF Documentation: Ensuring proper maintenance and compliance of HR-related ISO and IATF documents.

ü Communication & Employee Relations: Maintaining effective communication with employees and senior management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.

Yearly Responsibilities:

  • Bonus & Leave Settlement: Preparing bonus sheets and leave encashment payments.
  • Annual Appraisals: Processing yearly increments and updating employee salary structures.
  • Yearly return submissions

· HR Policy Review & Updates: Reviewing and updating HR policies as per industry standards and company requirements.

· Workforce Planning & Budgeting: Analyzing manpower needs and assisting in workforce planning and budgeting for the upcoming year.

· Compliance & Audit Preparation: Ensuring HR compliance with labor laws and assisting with internal and external audits.

· Team Building & Annual Events: Organizing company-wide events such as annual get-togethers, family days, or sports activities to enhance employee engagement.

· Exit interviews and all procedures related to it.

Ø And any other HR/IR responsibilities as and when required by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates with Good communication Skill should have peasant personality (Male Pref)
