Als Software Engineer für den Agentic Harness entwickelst du die Leitplanken, Werkzeuge und Qualitätsmechanismen für unseren AI-enabled Software Delivery Lifecycle kontinuierlich weiter. Dein Fokus liegt auf Developer Experience, Engineering Excellence und darauf, KI vom einzelnen Coding-Tool zu einem integralen Bestandteil des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses zu machen.

Deine Rolle ##

  • Du entwickelst unseren Engineering Harness kontinuierlich weiter und gestaltest Guidelines, Skills, Automatisierungen sowie Qualitätsstandards für KI-gestützte Entwicklung
  • Die Tool- und Plattformlandschaft für AI-assisted Software Engineering gestaltest du aktiv mit und evaluierst neue Lösungen und Technologien
  • Entlang des gesamten Software Delivery Lifecycles verbesserst du die Developer Experience, von der Anforderung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Engineering-Teams entwickelst du den AI-enabled SSDLC weiter und integrierst KI gezielt in Entwicklung, Testing, Architektur und Betrieb
  • Wiederkehrende Erkenntnisse und Fehlerbilder überführst du in Standards, automatisierte Checks und nachhaltige Qualitätsmechanismen
  • Du berätst und coachst Teams beim produktiven Einsatz von KI und förderst den organisationsweiten Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch
  • Mithilfe geeigneter Kennzahlen machst du den Mehrwert von KI in der Softwareentwicklung sichtbar und messbar hinsichtlich Qualität, Durchlaufzeit und Produktivität

Dein Profil ##

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise als Senior Developer
  • Ein fundiertes Verständnis von Software Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD und modernen Entwicklungsplattformen zeichnet dich aus
  • Praktische Erfahrungen mit KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung, Large Language Models und agentischen Entwicklungsansätzen bringst du bereits mit
  • Themen wie Developer Experience, Engineering Enablement oder Plattformengineering sind dir vertraut
  • Wiederkehrende Herausforderungen erkennst du frühzeitig und entwickelst daraus nachhaltige Standards, Automatisierungen und technische Leitplanken
  • Den Fokus richtest du nicht nur auf einzelne Tools, sondern auf den gesamten Software Delivery Lifecycle und dessen kontinuierliche Optimierung. Technische Konzepte setzt du pragmatisch um und verstehst es, Teams für neue Arbeitsweisen zu gewinnen und zu befähigen
  • Du verbindest strategische Weiterentwicklung mit den konkreten Anforderungen unserer Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekte
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1- Level)
