Als Solution Architect:in nimmst du eine zentrale und verantwortungsvolle Rolle ein. Zusammen mit unseren technischen Teams und Partnern gestaltest du die zukünftige IT Architekturen unserer Kunden im öffentlichen Umfeld (Bund, Kantone und Gemeinden) sowie weiteren Institutionen aus dem Public Sektor um die notwendigen Voraussetzungen zu schaffen, den digitalen Fortschritt der Schweiz voran zu treiben. Digitalisierung, neue Technologien, Cloud und Outsourcing Services stehen bei uns im Fokus! Als Solution Architect:in bist Du Teil unseres sechsköpfigen Solution Architekten-Teams. Wir suchen Dich als eine engagierte und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit mit fundiertem technischen Background und dem Blick fürs grosse Ganze.

Deine Rolle ##

  • Design (IT-Architekturen, IT-Standards und technische Konzepte für Offerten) von On-Premise & Cloud-Lösungen (Privat-, Hybrid und Public-Cloud aus Microsoft, AWS oder Google)
  • Bearbeiten von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen und Angeboten (Techn. Lead, Design und Ausarbeitung der technischen Lösung, Preiskalkulation, Präsentation der Lösung bei unseren Kunden)
  • Mitarbeit im Design von neuen IT-Lösungen und zukünftige Services
  • Beratung und Begleitung unserer Kunden bei ihren IT-Vorhaben oder Strategien
  • Ausarbeitung von Konzepten komplexer IT-Plattformen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren System Engineers sowie externen Partnern
  • Identifikation und Einführung neuer Innovationen, Technologien und Tools, die den Unternehmenserfolg fördern.
  • Begleitung der Projektteams zur Umsetzung der Projektanforderungen

Dein Profil ##

  • abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (FH/Uni/ETH/HF) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Architektur, idealerweise in der Entwicklung komplexer IT-Systeme
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien (z. B. Azure/Microsoft 365, Google, AWS) und deren Architekturprinzipien
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und ein hoher Anspruch an Qualität und Innovation
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse

Zertifizierungen im Bereich der Public Cloud oder IT Architekturen (z.B Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Enterprise Administrator Expert) oder Togaf runden dein Profil ab.
