Du begeisterst dich für IT-Infrastrukturen, Systeme und den sicheren Betrieb von Business Software? Du möchtest Kunden aktiv begleiten und dafür sorgen, dass ihre Abacus-Landschaft stabil, sicher und stets aktuell bleibt? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Rolle ##

  • Du stellst den sicheren, stabilen und leistungsfähigen Betrieb der Abacus-Systeme unserer Kunden sicher
  • Die Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung der Systemlandschaft liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
  • Release-Wechsel, Updates und Erweiterungen planst und realisierst du von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme
  • Mit der Umsetzung von Patches, Hotfixes und Sicherheitsupdates sowie umfassenden Tests sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Betrieb
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Kunden zu Performance, Sicherheit und der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Abacus-Umgebung und arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen

Dein Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (EFZ, HF, FH oder vergleichbar)
  • Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb von Windows-Server-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Netzwerk und Virtualisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus oder vergleichbaren ERP-Lösungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich (Niveau C2)
