Lingr är en medlemsplattform för människor som längtar efter kärlek på riktigt. Vi kombinerar vår forskningsbaserade kunskap om hur hållbara relationer byggs med personlig matchning gjord av relationscoacher och Laura, vår AI-relationscoach. Lingr är inte en dejtingapp, och det är just därför vi finns.

Nu söker vi en CTO som vill gå in som delägare och ta ansvar för hela den tekniska plattformen, den som finns idag och den som ska utvecklas framåt.

Det här blir ditt

Delar av plattformen finns redan på plats: lingr.se, medlemsadministrationen och Laura är i drift. Din uppgift är att forma nästa steg, på webben, i plattformen och i appen. Du äger den tekniska riktningen, sätter arkitekturen, väljer verktygen och bygger det team som behövs på sikt. Data och säkerhet är viktiga komponenter i allt vi bygger.

Vi tror att du

Har lett tekniska produkter hela vägen till användare, gärna inom konsument, plattform eller AI. Är lika trygg i strategin som i koden. Vill bygga något som betyder något i människors liv, och ser värdet i att bygga det med integritet och omsorg om data.

Villkoren

Rollen är ett delägarskap. Ersättningen är ägande i bolaget, inte lön, och du blir en av dem som formar Lingr framåt. Rollen kräver en stor insats inledningsvis och mindre över tid, när du tillsammans med resten av teamet landat i en hållbar plattform.
