As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll help keep daily office operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service and support to our patients and team members.

📋 Key Responsibilities

💙 Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude 📞 Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to patient inquiries 🗓 Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments 💻 Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records 📧 Manage emails and front office communication 🤝 Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow 🔒 Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and care

✅ Skills & Qualifications

✔️ Strong customer service experience in reception, retail, hospitality, or similar roles ✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✔️ Basic administrative skills including scheduling, data entry, and phone handling ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ✔️ Experience with Dentrix or similar systems is a plus ✔️ Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities ✔️ Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

✔️ Previous dental or healthcare experience preferred, but not required ✔️ Entry-level candidates with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
