The posting

Als Toolshoptechnieker sta je in voor het vervaardigen en herstellen van onderdelen in diverse grondmaterialen door middel van diverse verspaningstechnieken met als doel afgewerkte stukken af te leveren voor productie en productiemiddelen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken :

  • Plannen van de opdrachten conform de beschikbare prioriteitslijst enerzijds en dringende interventies anderzijds, rekening houdende met een efficiënte belading van de machines.
  • Analyseren van de opdracht aan de hand van de technische 3D/2D tekeningen in bestaande CAD pakketten.
  • Voorbereiden van de opdracht en nagaan of alle benodigde materialen en hulpmiddelen aanwezig zijn.
  • Opstellen van de te bewerken stukken in de machine volgens vooropgestelde parameters.
  • Instellen, programmeren en bedienen van de machine, rekening houdende met de vooropgestelde nauwkeurigheid.
  • Bewaken van het lopende proces en ingrijpen bij storingen. Daarbij waak je ook over de kwaliteit en grijpt in bij kwaliteitsafwijkingen.
  • Uitvoeren van tussentijdse- en eindmetingen aan de bewerkte stukken met behulp van diverse meettoestellen en eventuele afwijkingen vermelden in de voorziene software.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de machines.
  • Oplossen van eenduidige mechanische storingen.
  • Bijhouden van de werktijden van de uitgevoerde taken in het softwareprogramma.

Wie willen wij graag in ons team?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs elektromechanica of een bachelorsdiploma in een technische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt interesse in (zeer) fijn werk, logisch denken.
  • Je kan gestructureerd werken.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van tekeninglezen en meettechniek
  • Je hebt kennis van bewerkingstechnologieën voor onderdelen.
  • Kennis of ervaring met slijpen, frezen of eroderen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis of ervaring met programmatiesoftware is een pluspunt.
