Ben jij technisch aangelegd en heb je een passie voor zowel elektriciteit als mechanica? Werk je graag aan uiteenlopende machines en technische installaties?

Als elektromecanicien zorg je ervoor dat machines en installaties optimaal blijven functioneren. Je staat in voor preventief en curatief onderhoud, spoort technische storingen op en voert de nodige herstellingen uit. Je komt terecht in verschillende technische omgevingen, waaronder de industrie, voedingssector, garages en wegenbouw.

Functieomschrijving

Als elektromecanicien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van verschillende machines en technische installaties. Je combineert elektrische en mechanische werkzaamheden en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar oplossingen bij technische problemen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en technische installaties.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van elektrische en mechanische storingen.
  • Controleren en herstellen van elektrische componenten, motoren en sensoren.
  • Uitlezen en controleren van PLC-sturingen.
  • Herstellen en vervangen van mechanische onderdelen zoals tandwielen, lagers en kettingwielen.
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische herstellingen, afstellingen en testen.
  • Lokaliseren en oplossen van defecten aan elektrische installaties.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark.

Je beschikt over een technische opleiding elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste stabiele werkervaring als elektromekanieker of storingstechnieker.Je beschikt over een goede elektrische en mechanische kennis.Ervaring met PLC-sturingen, motoren en sensoren is een pluspunt.Je kan zelfstandig technische problemen analyseren en oplossen.Je spreekt, begrijpt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands.Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs. Een voorlopig rijbewijs volstaat niet.Je bent betrouwbaar, flexibel en hebt een professionele werkhouding.Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust.
