Dan is dit een mooie kans om een sterke klantenportefeuille in West-Vlaanderen en Noord-Frankrijk verder uit te bouwen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in je job, beheert je regio zelfstandig en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die rekenen op jouw advies en opvolging.

Als Accountmanager Bouw draait je job niet alleen om verkopen. Je leert je klanten goed kennen, begrijpt waar ze mee bezig zijn en denkt mee over de juiste oplossing voor hun projecten. Zo bouw je stap voor stap een sterke en duurzame samenwerking uit.

Je krijgt vertrouwen en ruimte om zelf je planning en commerciële aanpak te bepalen. Jij kent je klanten en je regio en weet waar de opportuniteiten liggen.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Je onderhoudt het contact met bestaande klanten en bouwt deze relaties verder uit.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten in West-Vlaanderen.
  • Je luistert naar wat klanten nodig hebben en adviseert hen op een praktische en professionele manier.
  • Je volgt dossiers goed op, van het eerste gesprek tot de verdere uitvoering.
  • Je bent bereikbaar, komt je afspraken na en zorgt ervoor dat klanten graag met jou blijven samenwerken.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen de organisatie om klanten snel en correct verder te helpen.
  • Je krijgt de vrijheid om je regio zelfstandig te beheren en zelf initiatief te nemen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of je hebt door jouw ervaring bewezen.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een B2B-commerciële functie, bij voorkeur binnen of gelinkt aan de bouwsector.
  • Je gelooft in duurzame samenwerkingen en bouwt liever relaties voor de lange termijn dan snelle deals.
  • Je bent een echte bruggenbouwer: je legt vlot contacten, creëert vertrouwen en brengt klanten en collega's moeiteloos samen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, ziet opportuniteiten en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag om commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je begrijpt vlot Frans en durft het ook actief te spreken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je communiceert sterk, denkt in oplossingen en bent een professionele gesprekspartner die klanten graag verder helpt.
