Ben je iemand die graag vergelijkt, onderhandelt en mee bepaalt met welke leveranciers en onderaannemers een bouwproject wordt gerealiseerd?

Voor een financieel gezonde en gevestigde bouwonderneming in West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Projectaankoper Bouw die technisch inzicht combineert met commerciële feeling.

In deze functie ben je veel meer dan iemand die prijzen opvraagt en bestellingen plaatst. Jij duikt in het bouwdossier, onderzoekt de markt, vergelijkt oplossingen en onderhandelt tot techniek, kwaliteit, timing én prijs goed zitten.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en Operations. Jouw keuzes hebben dus rechtstreeks invloed op het verdere verloop en het resultaat van het project.

Jouw uitdaging:

  • Na de overdracht vanuit calculatie neem jij het aankoopluik van jouw projecten in handen.
  • Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en technische specificaties en brengt snel in kaart wat nodig is.
  • Je gaat actief de markt op en vraagt gericht offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je kijkt verder dan alleen de prijs en vergelijkt offertes op kwaliteit, technische haalbaarheid, voorwaarden en timing.
  • Je onderhandelt stevig maar correct en werkt toe naar duidelijke en sterke afspraken.
  • Je bespreekt jouw analyses en voorstellen met de projectleider, werfleiding en Operations en helpt zo mee de juiste aankoopbeslissingen te nemen.
  • Je volgt meerdere projecten tegelijk op en bewaakt deadlines, afspraken en openstaande acties.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer informatie ontbreekt of wanneer er sneller geschakeld moet worden.
  • Je bouwt sterke contacten uit met leveranciers en onderaannemers en weet op wie je kan rekenen wanneer het erop aankomt.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen bouw, technische aankoop, projectaankoop of een technisch-projectmatige omgeving.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma. Een bachelor gecombineerd met stevige relevante ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je kunt plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en technische dossiers analyseren en vertaalt die informatie naar concrete aankoopacties.
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar met commerciële feeling en durft leveranciers en onderaannemers kritisch uit te dagen.
  • Je bent proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht en kunt verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd beheren.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders, collega-aankopers en Operations.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je waar nodig behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
