Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de interne planningsdienst. Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en opvolging van transportboekingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct en tijdig wordt doorgegeven aan de planning.Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen of problemen en denkt actief mee om tot een geschikte oplossing te komen. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak en vlotte communicatie zorg je ervoor dat transportopdrachten efficiënt en klantgericht worden opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je verwerkt alle gegevens van binnenkomende boekingen nauwkeurig in het interne systeem.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de transportopdrachten volledig en correct worden voorbereid, zodat de planningsdienst hiermee aan de slag kan.
  • Je volgt lopende transportopdrachten op en bewaakt de afgesproken deadlines en levertermijnen.
  • Bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of andere problemen informeer je de klant tijdig en transparant.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en stelt proactief alternatieven of passende oplossingen voor.
  • Je onderhoudt een goede communicatie en nauwe samenwerking met de planningsdienst.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte opvolging van klantendossiers en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds op de hoogte blijven.
  • Je waakt over een vlotte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die communicatief sterk is, nauwkeurig werkt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je bent klantgericht ingesteld, houdt ervan om zaken op te volgen en verliest ook in drukkere momenten het overzicht niet.Een eerste werkervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een graduaats- of bachelordiploma komen in aanmerking.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een graduaats- of bachelordiploma.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Een eerste werkervaring binnen de logistieke of transportsector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan goed omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Je denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht en wacht niet af wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Je bent flexibel, betrouwbaar en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en vindt een goede interne communicatie belangrijk.
