The posting

Onlangs vonden we drie nieuwe coaches om ons team in provincie Antwerpen te versterken. Door een onverwachte wijziging kunnen we toch nog extra hulp gebruiken. Daarom zoeken we iemand die ons team op korte termijn kan vervoegen. Ben jij iemand met een hart voor mensen met een handicap? Help je graag anderen op weg en denk je graag mee over oplossingen op maat? Dan leren we je graag kennen! We zoeken iemand voor de regio Antwerpen, met een focus op de Noorderkempen. De functie is in principe 4/5e of voltijds, maar ook als je halftijds kunt werken, ben je meer dan welkom. Hoeveel tijd je precies kunt vrijmaken, bekijken we graag samen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je biedt ondersteuningsalternatieven en wijst de budgethouder de weg doorheen het doolhof van ingewikkelde wetgeving. Je hebt ook oog voor ‘het totale plaatje’ van de budgethouder.
  • Je durft te peilen naar de draagkracht van de budgethouder en zijn of haar netwerk.
  • Je werkt met en voor mensen, maar administratie is ook een belangrijk deel van het takenpakket. Je biedt ondersteuning voor de administratie van het PAB/PVB (kostenstaten maken, facturen ingeven).
  • Je bent veel alleen onderweg met de wagen, doet huisbezoeken, maar werkt ook regelmatig op kantoor in Antwerpen.
  • Je start zo snel mogelijk en krijgt een contract van bepaalde duur (tot eind maart 2027). Verlenging is mogelijk na onderling overleg.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een relevante opleiding (ortho)pedagogie, sociaal werk, psychologisch consulent, jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg, …
  • Je begeleidt graag mensen en hebt een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent goed in het plannen en organiseren van je eigen agenda.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Kennis van de VAPH-wetgeving is een plus, of je bent bereid om je deze snel eigen te maken.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent handig met Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • Vlot meerdere talen spreken is een plus.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en beschikt over een eigen wagen. Indien dit een probleem is, kan je ook rekenen op onze samenwerking met Cambio Autodelen.
  • Je woont in Noord-Antwerpen.
