AI Engineer F/H

Ce qui vous séduira dans ce poste…

Au sein de la Direction IA d’Absys Cyborg, vous concevez, développez et déployez des agents IA et des automatisations pour optimiser les processus internes. Vous intervenez également sur les données et les connaissances qui alimentent ces solutions, afin de garantir des réponses pertinentes, fiables et traçables.

  • Comprendre les besoins métiers et les traduire en solutions IA et en workflows automatisés
  • Concevoir et développer des agents IA, en sélectionnant les modèles et les technologies adaptés, qu’ils soient issus de solutions tierces ou open source
  • Structurer les données et les connaissances nécessaires aux agents : préparation des sources, bases de connaissances, pipelines RAG, indexation et recherche sémantique
  • Intégrer les solutions au système d’information, notamment aux ERP, CRM et bases documentaires, grâce aux API et connecteurs MCP
  • Tester, déployer et améliorer les solutions en production, en assurant leur documentation, leur maintenabilité, le suivi de leurs performances ainsi que leurs coûts
  • Prendre en compte la sécurité, les droits d’accès et les règles de gouvernance dès la conception

De formation informatique ou ingénieur avec un parcours obligatoire en IA, un langage de programmation courant en IA et possédez une expérience en IA générative, en création d'agents, RAG et automatisation. Une première expérience en stage ou en alternance peut convenir.

Vous travaillerez avec des IA connectées à des systèmes d'entreprise, des LLM propriétaires ou open source ainsi qu'une ou plusieurs plateformes agentiques.

Curieux vous êtes attentif aux enjeux de sécurité et de gouvernance et maintenez vos connaissances à jour dans un environnement technologique en évolution rapide. Rigoureux, autonome et doté d'une bonne communication, vous aimez comprendre les problématiques métiers et travailler avec différentes équipes.
