Soucieux d'optimiser nos processus de recrutement en intégrant des outils d'évaluation avancés, nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) spécialisé(e) en psychologie pour nous accompagner dans l'analyse et la restitution des résultats des tests de personnalité utilisés par le service.

En tant qu'alternant(e) Chargé(e) d'Analyse des Tests de Personnalité, vous aurez pour mission principale de traiter et d’interpréter les résultats des tests afin d’aider nos managers à mieux comprendre les profils des candidats.

A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Analyser les résultats et déterminer éléments clés du profil (personnalité, motivation, logique).
  • Présenter les résultats aux recruteurs pour valider l’approche et préparer les questions-clés destinées à enrichir l’échange avec le manager.
  • Préparer une synthèse et la restituer de manière claire et pédagogique aux managers lors de réunions dédiées.
  • Transmettre les résultats pour enrichir le dossier salarié, une fois le candidat recruté.

Vous serez formé(e) à l'utilisation de l'outil de tests et bénéficierez d'une licence entreprise pour analyser les résultats.

Un accompagnement vous sera proposé pour vous permettre de monter en compétences sur l'interprétation des tests et la restitution des résultats.

Étudiant(e) en master de psychologie avec une spécialisation en psychologie du travail ou des organisations, vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse vous permettront d’interpréter et de présenter des résultats de manière claire.

Votre aisance à l’oral et à l’écrit vous permettra de restituer efficacement les informations aux managers.

Doté(e) d’un très bon sens de l’organisation, vous pourrez planifier les rendez-vous et gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle.

Vous avez une appétence particulière pour les outils du numérique.

Enfin, votre intérêt pour le recrutement et la gestion des talents vous motivent à occuper cette mission clé dans le processus de recrutement d’Absys Cyborg.
