✔️ Une expertise confirmée sur Sage X3 Tu maîtrises le développement via le SDK Sage X3 et tu es capable de prendre du recul sur les architectures et les choix techniques.

✔️ Une posture de Tech Lead affirmée Tu sais structurer, arbitrer et guider : code review, standards de développement, décisions techniques et accompagnement d’équipe.

✔️ Une bonne maîtrise des environnements data et intégration SQL Server, services web, APIs… tu évolues avec aisance dans des architectures interconnectées.

✔️ Un socle backend solide Une expérience en développement backend (idéalement .NET) est un vrai plus pour adresser des problématiques de performance et de scalabilité.

✔️ Un mindset orienté impact Tu comprends les enjeux métiers et proposes des solutions techniques robustes, maintenables et alignées avec les besoins business.
