Die Fachstelle Arbeitsintegration der Stadt Thun unterstützt erwerbslose und sozialhilfebeziehende Personen bei der beruflichen und sozialen Integration. Wir bieten befristete Einsatzplätze in eigenen Gruppenprogrammen (Arbeitseinsatz Thun, Kreativ- und Werkatelier Alpenrösli und Velostation Thun) sowie externen Betrieben an.

Für diese sinnvolle Tätigkeit, bei welcher der Mensch im Zentrum steht, suchen wir nach Vereinbarung befristet bis 31. Dezember 2027 eine/n

Arbeitsagogin / Arbeitsagoge im Unterhalt (40 - 50 %) ##

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen, Anleiten und Betreuen der Teilnehmenden im Fachbereich Parkpflege, Brennholz, Wanderwege, Reinigungs- und weiteren Unterhaltsarbeiten
  • Mithilfe in allen handwerklichen Bereichen des Arbeitseinsatzes (Schreinerei, Malerei, Logistik, Kreativ- und Werkatelier)
  • Führen von Ein- und Austrittsgesprächen sowie von Standortgesprächen mit Programmteilnehmenden in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten inkl. Bewirtschaften des Fallführungssystems

Du bringst mit

  • Handwerkliche Berufsausbildung EFZ, vorzugsweise im Bereich Gärtner-/in, Landschaftsgärtner-/in, Förster-/in, Fachmann-/frau Betriebsunterhalt
  • Zusatzausbildung im arbeitsagogischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der sozialen und beruflichen Integrationsarbeit mit Menschen in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und vernetztes Denken
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Loyalität und Selbstständigkeit
  • Humor und Gelassenheit, auch in hektischen Zeiten
  • Führerausweis B
