You’ll take ownership of the stability, security, and continuous operation of assigned production systems. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams, you’ll resolve complex technical issues, coordinate incident response, and continuously improve our support processes, tools, and documentation.

🔷 What will you do?

  • Take ownership of the quality and timely resolution of complex L2/L3 production incidents and technical requests, including coordination, escalation, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of assigned production systems by monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, services, integrations, and databases, and proactively identifying potential risks
  • Manage incident priorities, deadlines, and agreed SLAs, while regularly communicating system status, open issues, risks, and required actions
  • Manage SSL/TLS certificates and monitor their validity to ensure uninterrupted system availability
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, subcontractors, project teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout incident resolution
  • Reduce recurring incidents through root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, while continuously improving support processes, tools, runbooks, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate technical activities related to application testing, releases, and production deployments, while supporting knowledge sharing and the development of less experienced team members

🔷 What do we expect from you?

  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Production Support, or a similar role working with complex enterprise systems, including independent resolution of L2/L3 incidents
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, relational databases, REST APIs, and troubleshooting application services and integrations
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and support tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Jira, Azure DevOps, Redmine, Postman, or similar
  • Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management, CI/CD processes, SLAs, and production deployments
  • Basic understanding of SSL/TLS certificate management and certificate infrastructure
  • A structured and proactive approach, strong ownership, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced English skills and availability for occasional on-call duties or support outside regular working hours

  • Basic understanding of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, HTTP(S), and DNS
  • Familiarity with Git and Git workflows
  • Knowledge of XML and JSON
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO
