Ihre Aufgaben - Langweilig wird es Ihnen nicht:

* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung von Kund:innen, Besucher:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen

* Erste Ansprechperson für Anliegen am Campus

* Betreuung von Telefon und E-Mail

* Weiterleitung von Anfragen an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner:innen

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* Koordination von Terminen, Besprechungen und Besucher:innen

* Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen, Meetings und Präsentationen

* Unterstützung bei der Organisation des laufenden Campusbetriebs

* Betreuung und Verwaltung von Besucher:innen und Zutritten

* Zusammenarbeit mit den am Campus ansässigen Unternehmen

* Nutzung digitaler Systeme für Organisation und Campusmanagement

Sie bringen mit - Ein Geben und Nehmen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil, z. B. HAK, HAS oder Bürokauffrau/-mann

* Erste Erfahrung im Empfang, Büro, Sekretariat, Kundenservice oder in der Administration von Vorteil

* Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Organisationstalent und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gepflegtes Auftreten

* Interesse an Digitalisierung und modernen Technologien
