Job Description

Leader référent en matière de diagnostic immobilier et environnemental, nous accompagnons une grande diversité de clients (bailleurs sociaux, collectivités, promoteurs, industriels, architectes…) dans la gestion et l’analyse technique du bâtiment.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons pour notre agence du Bas-Rhin (67) un(e) Assistant(e) d’Exploitation.

Votre rôle

Véritable support de l’agence, vous assurez la bonne organisation des interventions terrain et le suivi administratif :

  • Réception et traitement des demandes clients (mail / téléphone)
  • Planification des interventions des techniciens
  • Saisie des informations dans nos outils internes
  • Gestion de la facturation
  • Suivi de la relation client

Votre profil

Formation Bac +2 (type BTS Gestion PME/PMI ou équivalent), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre sens du service client.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.

Une formation à nos outils et métiers est prévue à votre arrivée.

Une connaissance des logiciels Salesforce et de Fieldservice sont appréciés.
