Dans le cadre de l'exploitation de marchés publics pour le compte d'institutionnels, nous recrutons un.e technicien.ne en diagnostic immobilier, certifiés et expérimentés.

Objectif :

Vous contribuez à la préservation de notre environnement par la diminution de l’impact de nos activités humaines et la préservation de la santé, de la sécurité du bien-être des personnes sur leur lieu de vie et de travail.

Vos Missions :

Vous serez rattaché.e à notre agence située à Tours (37), vous intervenez en autonomie pour le compte de nos clients professionnels de l’immobilier, bailleurs, bailleurs sociaux, établissements recevant du public et les entreprises du secteur industriel ou secteur tertiaire, sur le secteur d'Orléans sur l’ensemble des diagnostics règlementaires.

· Diagnostic amiante

· Diagnostic amiante avant travaux et démolition

· Diagnostic gaz et électricité

· Diagnostic de performance énergétique avec et sans mention

· Diagnostic Plomb

Vous êtes :

Si possible certifié.e dans les 6 domaines de compétences avec les mentions si possible.

Doté(e) d’une organisation efficace et d’une grande autonomie, vous faites preuve d’une aisance relationnelle, ainsi que d’une rigueur technique et rédactionnelle, qui sont des qualités essentielles pour réussir à ce poste.

Votre esprit d’équipe, votre écoute active, votre engagement professionnel et votre goût du challenge seront les clés d’une intégration réussie et d’une évolution professionnelle au sein du groupe.

Dès votre arrivée, vous bénéficierez d’un véritable parcours d’intégration :

- Formation initiale d’une à deux semaines au siège du Groupe dans la Loire (42)

- Accompagnement terrain avec un technicien expérimenté pour une montée en compétence progressive et sereine

- Rémunération : entre 27 000 € et 33 000 € brut/an selon profil et expérience
