Job Description

Depuis sa création il y a 20 ans, le groupe AC Environnement poursuit son développement. Présent sur l'ensemble du territoire avec près de 30 agences, nous sommes devenus un groupe référent leader du diagnostic immobilier et environnemental en France.

Objectif : Vous participez à la préservation de notre environnement par la diminution de l'impact de nos activités humaines et la préservation de la santé, de la sécurité du bien-être des personnes sur leur lieu de vie et de travail.

Vos Missions : Rattaché(e) à l'agence d'INDRE-ET-LOIRE (37), vous intervenez en fonction de votre zone d'habitation pour le compte de nos clients professionnel de l'immobilier, bailleurs, bailleurs sociaux, établissements recevant du public dans les départements Indre-et-Loire (37), Le Loir-et-Cher (41) ainsi que le Loiret (45), sur l'ensemble des diagnostics règlementaires :

  • Diagnostic amiante
  • Diagnostic gaz et électricité
  • Diagnostic de performance énergétique avec et sans mention
  • Diagnostic Plomb

Vous êtes : Idéalement certifié(e) dans les six domaines de compétence. Une première expérience dans le domaine du diagnostic immobilier serait appréciée.

Doté(e) d'une organisation efficace et d'une grande autonomie, vous faites preuve d'une aisance relationnelle, ainsi que d'une rigueur technique et rédactionnelle, qui sont des qualités essentielles pour réussir à ce poste.

Votre esprit d'équipe, votre écoute active, votre engagement professionnel et votre goût du challenge seront les clés d'une intégration réussie et d'une évolution professionnelle au sein du groupe.

Vous bénéficierez d'un véritable parcours d'intégration :

  • Formation initiale d'une à deux semaines au siège du Groupe dans la Loire (42)
  • Accompagnement terrain avec un technicien expérimenté pour une montée en compétence progressive et sereine.

  • Fourchette de rémunération entre 27K et 30K brut annuel sur 39H en fonction du profil (hors primes).
