Vous avez pour mission la réalisation des prestations telles que le diagnostic de performance énergétique, audit énergétique (résidentiel et tertiaire), diagnostic technique global (DTG), CEE, en conformité avec la réglementation et l’environnement normatif.

Rattaché(e) à l'agence de la Loire à Riorges (42), vous avez pour mission la réalisation des prestations telles que le diagnostic de performance énergétique, audit énergétique (résidentiel et tertiaire), diagnostic technique global (DTG), PPT, en conformité avec la réglementation et l’environnement normatif.

Vos missions :

  • Analyse du projet et la stratégie de visite de locaux
  • Réaliser la visite et prise d’information dite « terrain » pour tout type de prestation
  • Rédiger in situ les rapports de diagnostic conformément aux réglementations en vigueur
  • Préparer et livrer les rapports aux clients en s’assurant de la cohérence des résultats

Dans le cadre des prestations d’audit énergétique (résidentiel et tertiaire) et diagnostic global (DTG), vous pourrez être amené à réaliser les missions complémentaires ci-dessous :

  • Analyse architecturale et énergétique du bâtiment et ses équipements
  • Réalisation d’étude thermique
  • Préconisations de travaux et de scénarios de travaux
  • Présentation des résultats aux clients

Votre sens du service client, votre aisance relationnelle, votre rigueur technique, votre autonomie sont des atouts indispensables pour réussir cette mission

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme Bac+2 minimum ou équivalent
  • Expérience en diagnostics de performance énergétique
  • Permis B indispensable (déplacements à prévoir)
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques et réglementaires en diagnostics immobiliers
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des normes du bâtiment

  • Dotée de solides capacités d’analyse, d’adaptation et de communication
  • À l’aise aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, avec un bon relationnel
