Om rollenUppdraget innebär att arbeta nära verksamheten för att tillgodose varje förskolas behov på bästa sätt i ett förskoleområde med 3 förskolor. Tjänsten är placerad i norrort Du ingår i ett ledningsteam bestående av en rektor, en biträdande rektor. Den biträdande rektor bistår rektor. Det är rektor som delegerar ansvarsområden och arbetsuppgifter till den biträdande rektorn utifrån de behov som förskolorna har. Du agerar ställföreträdande till rektor vid behov. Arbetet innebär kontakt med medarbetare och platsansvariga på respektive förskola och externa kontakter mot vårdnadshavare, kommuner, fastighetsägare och leverantörer. I tjänsten ingår personal-, ekonomi- och arbetsmiljöansvar. Rapporterar till rektor. Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av och kan förskola Har tidigare erfarenhet av att leda och coacha medarbetare utifrån läroplanen Har pedagogisk högskoleutbildning med förskollärar- eller lärarlegitimation Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska språket Har hög digital kompetens och lätt för att lära dig nya system
