  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
  • Pflege und Prüfung von Personal-, Lohn- und Abrechnungsdaten in DATEV und Personio
  • Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten, Vertragsänderungen, Fehlzeiten sowie weiteren abrechnungsrelevanten Sachverhalten
  • Durchführung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens gegenüber Krankenkassen, Finanzämtern und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Prüfung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher, sozialversicherungsrechtlicher und steuerlicher Änderungen
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um Lohn, Gehalt, Sozialversicherung und Steuer
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finanzbuchhaltung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Prüfung von Abrechnungen, Klärung von Differenzen und Durchführung notwendiger Korrekturen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports für interne Fachbereiche und die Geschäftsführung
  • Unterstützung bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung von abrechnungsrelevanten Prozessen

Deine Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Personalwesen oder Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV LODAS oder einem vergleichbaren Abrechnungssystem
  • Erfahrung mit Personio und idealerweise sicherer Umgang mit der Personalverwaltung und den dort hinterlegten abrechnungsrelevanten Daten
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Diskretion und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für den vertraulichen Umgang mit Personaldaten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finance und weiteren Fachbereichen
