Das MVZ Pathologie Süd in Wangen versorgt regionale Kliniken und Einsender mit dem gesamten Spektrum moderner Pathologie. Dazu zählen u. a. Schnellschnittdiagnostik, Immunhistochemie, molekularpathologische Verfahren sowie die Mitwirkung in Tumorkonferenzen. Nicht-gynäkologische Zytologie und Obduktionen ergänzen das Leistungsspektrum.

Als erfahrenes Team sichern wir eine zuverlässige Patientenversorgung in den Regionen Allgäu-Oberschwaben, Bodensee-West und darüber hinaus.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Ärzteteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Facharzt (m/w/d) für Pathologie mit Erfahrung in der Lungenpathologie in Vollzeit.

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung anspruchsvoller histopathologischer und nicht-gynäkologischer zytologischer Diagnostik mit besonderem Fokus auf komplexe und differenzialdiagnostisch herausfordernde Fälle
  • Diagnostische Betreuung eines breiten und klinisch relevanten Spektrums mit Schwerpunkten in der Gastrointestinal-, Lungen- und Mammapathologie sowie ergänzend uropathologischen Fragestellungen
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen und effizienten Befundung bei einem strukturierten Fallaufkommen (ca. 100 Fälle/Tag) inklusive Immunhistochemie und weiterführender Spezialdiagnostik
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit einer spezialisierten Lungenfachklinik mit kontinuierlichem Fokus auf lungenpathologische Diagnostik
  • Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung im Team sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen mit klarer Perspektive auf weiterführende Leitungsfunktionen

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Anerkannte Facharztqualifikation für Pathologie sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen diagnostischen Tätigkeit
  • Fundierte Expertise in der Lungenpathologie und der nicht-gynäkologischen Zytologie, idealerweise mit ausgewiesenem diagnostischem Schwerpunkt
  • Hohe diagnostische Sicherheit in der Beurteilung von Gewebeproben aus der Gastrointestinal-, Lungen- und Mammapathologie sowie ergänzend uropathologischen Fragestellungen
  • Strukturierte, präzise und effiziente Arbeitsweise auch bei höherem Probenaufkommen, verbunden mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch in der Befundung inklusive immunhistochemischer und weiterführender Spezialdiagnostik
  • Teamorientierte, souveräne Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung sowie perspektivischer Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1) für eine präzise und adressatengerechte Befund- und Kommunikationsqualität
