Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte MFA (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

  • Aufnahme und Vorbereitung des Patienten
  • Durchführung diagnostischer Tätigkeiten (z. B. Endoskopieassistenz, operative kleine Eingriffe wie Polypektomie, Laserverödung etc., Sedierungsassistenz für „Narkosespritze“, Blutentnahmen, Infusionen)
  • spezielle Hygieneausbildung zur Aufarbeitung von Endoskopen und Material
  • Terminmanagement, Dokumentation und Verwaltung von Untersuchungsergebnissen
  • Erstellung und Versand von Befunden, Nachbearbeitung der Patientenakten
  • Pflege der Stammdaten und allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Wünschenswert: erste Erfahrungen in der Unterstützung endoskopischer Untersuchungen (Gastroskopie, Koloskopie), aber nicht Voraussetzung, gerne sonst auch Einarbeitung hier in alle „Specials“

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MFA
  • Berufsanfänger sind willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude am Patientenkontakt und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Patienten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise im Team
