Gestalten Sie die Zukunft unseres Instituts – fachlich und unternehmerisch.

Das Institut für Pathologie Mühlhausen in Nordwestthüringen ist ein etabliertes Institut mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der histologischen, zytologischen und molekularpathologischen Diagnostik. Im Rahmen einer geplanten Nachfolgeregelung in der Geschäftsführung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Persönlichkeit, die fachliche Expertise als Facharzt/Fachärztin für Pathologie (m/w/d) mit unternehmerischer Verantwortung verbindet.

Die Position vereint ärztliche Diagnostik mit kaufmännischer und organisatorischer Gesamtverantwortung für unser Institut. Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Befundungen, gestalten gleichzeitig die strategische und wirtschaftliche Weiterentwicklung des Standorts und schaffen die Voraussetzungen für moderne, zukunftsfähige Strukturen.

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

Ärztlich

  • Eigenverantwortliche histologische, zytologische und ggf. molekularpathologische Befundung
  • Fachliche Beratung zuweisender Ärztinnen und Ärzte sowie Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen (Tumorboards)
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der diagnostischen Qualität

Unternehmerisch

  • Kaufmännische Gesamtverantwortung für das Institut einschließlich Budget-, Ergebnis- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsverantwortung
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Standorts sowie Umsetzung von Investitions- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Disziplinarische Führung des nichtärztlichen Personals sowie Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Strukturen
  • Steuerung organisatorischer Abläufe und kontinuierliche Optimierung standortinterner Prozesse
  • Repräsentation des Instituts gegenüber Zuweisern, Kostenträgern und externen Partnern

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

Fachlich

  • Facharztanerkennung für Pathologie (deutsche Approbation)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der histopathologischen und zytopathologischen Diagnostik

Unternehmerisch / persönlich

  • Interesse an oder Erfahrung mit kaufmännischer Verantwortung, betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen oder Praxis-/Institutsführung
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie analytisches und organisatorisches Denkvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, ärztliche und kaufmännische Perspektiven zusammenzubringen
  • Wertschätzender Führungsstil und Freude daran, Teams weiterzuentwickeln
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsfreude und eine pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Integrität und Verlässlichkeit
