VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung für mehrere Holdinggesellschaften innerhalb eines PE-geführten Konzerns
  • Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle der Holdings (Debitoren, Kreditoren und Hauptbuch)
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Überwachung offener Posten
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Monatsabschlüsse sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Daten- und Abschlussqualität unterjährig
  • Zuarbeit und Unterstützung der externen Steuerberater im Rahmen der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation von Buchhaltungs- und Abschlussprozessen

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Buchhalterausbildung, Steuerfachangestellten oder Steuerfachwirt mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Umfeld von Holdinggesellschaften, PE, Unternehmensgruppen oder Steuerberatung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegung nach HGB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erfahrung mit Intercompany-Sachverhalten, Finanzierungen und gesellschaftsrechtlich geprägten Buchungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit DATEV
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse
