Für unser Büro im Herzen Münchens suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Senior) Treasury Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE

  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Cash-Management-Prozesse und -Richtlinien auf Gruppenebene
  • Harmonisierung und Strukturierung der Bankkontenlandschaft sowie Anbindung neuer Konten – u. a. im Zuge neu hinzukommender MVZ-Standorte – an den bestehenden Cashpool
  • Steuerung und Überwachung des Cashpools sowie der Konzernliquidität, inklusive detaillierter Liquiditätsplanung, Cashflow-Analysen und Prognosen
  • Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Treasury-Tools, inkl. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Systemanbieter und laufende Prozessanpassungen
  • Schnittstelle zu Standorten, Holding und Banken in allen Treasury-relevanten Fragestellungen, inkl. internationaler Ausrichtung
  • Eigenverantwortliche Weiterentwicklung von Cash-Management-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Director of Finance

KOMPETENZEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Bankausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3-5 Jahre) im Treasury und Cash Management, vorzugsweise in einem Konzernumfeld mit hoher Verantwortung
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung und Nutzung von Treasury-Management-Systemen (TMS) sowie Affinität zu IT und Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke, kombiniert mit lösungsorientiertem Denken und der Fähigkeit, innovative Ideen umzusetzen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie soziale Kompetenz für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und Standorten
