  • Review project change requests, scope variations, major deviations, and critical escalations.
  • Ensure adherence to organisational policies, delivery methodologies, contractual commitments, and quality standards.
  • Drive effective project closure and lessons-learned processes.

3. Financial Management

  • Own financial performance and commercial health of the assigned project portfolio.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, budgets, costs, billing, utilisation, and profitability.
  • Partner with Finance and Business teams to establish and monitor project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Review project estimates, resource costs, commercial assumptions, and financial risks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
