The posting

Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD & Build Engineering

  • Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for:
  • Go, Python, Java backends
  • Angular / TypeScript frontends
  • Extend Script and automation services
  • Standardize branching, versioning, and release workflows
  • Automate build validation, linting, testing, artifact generation
  • Implement progressive deployment strategies (blue/green, rolling updates)

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

  • Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS / AKS)
  • Provision infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Design scalable containerized environments
  • Manage ingress, service mesh, and API gateways as needed
  • Optimize cloud cost and resource allocation

Repository & Code Governance

  • Define repository strategy (mono vs poly repo where applicable)
  • Implement secure access policies via Azure AD / IAM
  • Manage Git workflows and enforce DevSecOps standards
  • Integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST)

Application Deployment & Runtime Management

  • Deploy and manage:
  • Strapi CMS
  • PostgreSQL databases
  • InDesign Server integrations
  • Rendering services
  • Manage container registries and artifact repositories
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategy

Observability & Reliability

  • Implement centralized logging and monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
  • Establish incident response protocols
  • Lead root cause analysis for production issues

DevOps Strategy & Enablement

  • Establish environment strategy (Dev / QA / Stage / Prod)
  • Define versioning and rollback mechanisms
  • Document deployment playbooks
  • Mentor developers on DevOps best practices
  • Reduce developer operational overhead

Technical Requirements:

Mandatory -

  • 8+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering
  • Strong Kubernetes experience (EKS / AKS)
  • CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Docker & container orchestration
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation)
  • AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, EKS)
  • Experience integrating Azure AD for authentication
  • PostgreSQL administration experience
  • Strong Linux systems knowledge

Preferred -

  • Experience with Go and Python build pipelines
  • Experience deploying Angular applications
  • Experience supporting CMS platforms (Strapi preferred)
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign Server environments
  • Exposure to content automation pipelines
  • Experience in high-volume document rendering systems
