Nu söker vi dig med erfarenhet av administration som vill arbeta med pension, försäkring och finansiella produkter och brinner för att ge högkvalitativ service till kunder. Läs mer nedan och ansök redan idag, då start är omgående! Om tjänsten Vi söker för vår kunds räkning en Handläggare till deras backoffice-avdelning. Uppdraget är på heltid (38.75 h/v) med omgående start och sträcker sig initialt sex månader med chans till förlängning såvida båda parter är nöjda. I rollen som Handläggare stöttar du teamet med både enklare och mer komplexa administrativa uppgifter. Du arbetar i ett engagerat team på cirka 10 personer där du hanterar kundkontakt och backoffice-processer. Det finns goda möjligheter att växa och ta mer ansvar över tid och här får du chansen att utvecklas inom finans- och försäkringsbranschen. Arbetsuppgifter Som Handläggare arbetar du med administration och handläggning av ärenden inom pension, sparande och försäkring. Rollen innebär löpande kundkontakt, registrering och kvalitetssäkring av information samt uppföljning av ärenden. Du bidrar även till att utveckla och effektivisera rutiner och processer i nära samarbete med kollegor och andra avdelningar för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och god service. Vi söker dig som Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, i både tal och skrift, då det används i det dagliga arbetet Har avslutad gymnasieexamen Har arbetslivserfarenhet av administration sedan tidigare Har god data- och systemvana Intresse för finans och försäkring samt finansiella produkter

Det är meriterande om du: Har erfarenhet av en liknande roll inom försäkring, pension och/eller bank Har eftergymnasial examen inom ekonomi eller annat vi bedömer likvärdigt

För denna roll lägger vi stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper och söker dig som är strukturerad, noggrann och ansvarstagande. Du är självgående, flexibel och har god förmåga att prioritera och hantera flera uppgifter parallellt. Du har en stark servicekänsla och drivs av att leverera högkvalitativ service till kunder.
