Om tjänsten I den här tjänsten tillhör du Supply Chain-avdelningen med inriktning Supplier Quality, där kvalitetsfrågor rörande komponenter och leverantörer är i absolut fokus. Du arbetar tillsammans med både nationella och internationella leverantörer och får stora möjligheter att påverka och vidareutveckla befintliga arbetssätt och processer. Som SQE har du ett proaktivt helhetsansvar för att säkerställa att leverantörer uppfyller fastställda kvalitetskrav samt representerar kvalitetsfunktionen i olika projekt. Du anställs av Academic Work och arbetar ute på uppdrag hos vår kund. Tjänsten innebär resor, cirka 40 dagar per år. Arbetsuppgifter Rollen som Supplier Quality Engineer innebär att proaktivt säkra kvaliteten på levererade komponenter genom leverantörsrevisioner, reklamationshantering och nära samarbete med strategiskt inköp. Driva förebyggande och proaktivt kvalitetsarbete rörande komponenter och leverantörer. Ha löpande dialog och bygga starka relationer med svenska och internationella leverantörer. Driva leverantörsreklamationer, genomföra rotorsaksanalyser och säkerställa korrigerande åtgärder. Bevaka och utvärdera leverantörers prestationer för att tidigt identifiera trender och sätta in förbättringar. Genomföra revisioner, leverantörsbedömningar samt planera och utföra First Article Inspections (FAI). Utvärdera, godkänna och välja leverantörer i nära samarbete med strategiskt inköp. Utbilda och stötta leverantörer i kvalitetsstyrning och ställda krav vid behov.

Vi söker dig som

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift.

Minst några års erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete sedan tidigare (t.ex. inköpskvalitet, produktionskvalitet eller som SQE) eller erfarenhet från tillverkande industri i kombination med teknisk eftergymnasial utbildning.

God förståelse för kvalitetsverktyg och metoder (exempelvis LEAN, Six Sigma, 8D, Ishikawa).

B-körkort och möjlighet att resa i tjänsten (ca 40 resdagar per år).

Det är meriterande om du har Relevant akademisk utbildning inom teknik, maskin, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande. Erfarenhet av rollen som SQE inom kategorierna mekanik, elektronik eller optik. Erfarenhet av arbete med ISO 9001 och ISO 14001. Praktisk arbetslivserfarenhet inom bearbetande industri, optik- eller elektronikproduktion.
