Assistant/e administratif / Sales Junior mission 2 mois \- URGENT =================================================================

A propos du rôle

Pour soutenir l'activité pendant une période chargée, vous rejoindrez le service Business Development en tant qu'assistant\-e. En binôme avec le Business Manager, vous assurerez la rédaction, la mise en forme et l'envoi des contrats. Vous prendrez également en charge le suivi administratif des dossiers et la mise à jour des informations, n veillant à leur exactitude et au respect des échéances.

Tâches -------

  • Préparer, modifier et envoyer les contrats à partir de modèles existants.
  • Prendre en charge les tâches administratives et le suivi des dossiers.
  • Préparer des présentations commerciales sur PowerPoint.
  • Assurer la fluidité des échanges entre les équipes terrain et le bureau
  • Participer à la préparation des cadeaux clients et des cartes de vœux

Nous cherchons

  • Une première expérience en assistanat ou en support administratif.
  • Maîtrise pratique d'un CRM pour la saisie et la mise à jour d'informations.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français avec un niveau B2 minimum en anglais ou en allemand
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, en particulier PowerPoint et Excel

Un atout si vous possédez

* Une connaissance de l'outil Salesforce.
