A propos du rôle

Notre client, une structure internationale basée à Genève, est à la recherche d'un profil de chargé de projet afin d'accompagner ses équipes à l'amélioration de l'efficacité et la sécurité au travail. Tu intègreras une petite équipe qui te formera à ses méthodologies avant de mettre en place différents projets d'amélioration continue au sein de différents départements. Tu auras la charge de la gestion de différents projets, de la conduite du changement ainsi que de l'audit suite aux modifications effectuées.

Tâches -------

  • Piloter les projets 5S auprès des équipes internes sur différents sites
  • Déployer des méthodes Lean auprès de plusieurs équipes métiers
  • Animer des séances de travail et accompagner la conduite du changement
  • Réaliser des audits réguliers pour assurer la pérennité des processus
  • Assurer le reporting d'avancement auprès des comités internes
  • Encadrer et accompagner deux stagiaires au sein de l'équipe
  • Gérer et structurer la documentation technique associée aux projets

Nous cherchons

  • Tu possèdes une formation en project management, business management, lean management ou tout autre domaine similaire
  • Tu as un intérêt dans les méthodologies Lean Management et 5S
  • Tu as une première expérience en gestion de projets ou conduite du changement
  • Tu possèdes une bonne maîtrise de la Suite Office, notamment PowerPoint

Mais le plus important, tu es une personne dotée d'une excellente organisation, qui a le souci du détail et qui sait collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs. Si c'est ton cas, c'est que ce poste est fait pour toi !
