Über die Position

Als Accountant wirst du zur zentralen Schnittstelle zwischen externen Fondsprovidern, dem internen Accounting\-Team sowie dem Group Reporting und übernimmst dabei folgende Aufgaben:

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Verarbeitung von Trial Balances: Du übernimmst die Rohbilanzen externer Fondsprovider und überführst diese strukturiert in das Gruppen\-Datenmodell.
  • Erstellung von Reporting Packages: Du bereitest die Berichtsdaten mithilfe interner Tools termingerecht für den Jahresendabschluss auf.
  • Datenintegration und Systemvalidierung: Du lädst die Datensätze ins System und überprüfst deren Richtigkeit im Group Reporting Tool.
  • Fehleranalyse und Reconciliations: Du führst Soll\-Ist\-Abstimmungen durch, identifizierst Unstimmigkeiten und korrigierst Abweichungen eigenständig.
  • Dokumentation von Best Practices: Du hältst Erkenntnisse nach dem Abschlusszyklus fest, um künftige Periodenabschlüsse zu optimieren.

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Lehre (KV) mit Finanzausrichtung oder laufendes bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Finance, Accounting).
  • Fachwissen: Erste Berührungspunkte mit Rechnungslegungsprozessen oder IFRS\-Reporting von Vorteil.
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohe Zahlenaffinität, analytischer Fokus und Zuverlässigkeit unter Termindruck.
  • Persönlichkeit: Teamfähige, wissbegierige und offene Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (C1\-Niveau).
  • Wohnsitz: Fester Wohnsitz in der Schweiz.
  • Verfügbarkeit: Start per sofort oder 1\. Dezember 2026 für einen befristeten Einsatz von 8 bis 15 Wochen (Pensum 80\-100 %).
