About the role ##

For our client, a prestigious Swiss asset management firm, we are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team.

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting users through a major digital transition as the firm migrates to cloud-based environments, within a collaborative team.

You will handle daily IT support queries, maintain workplace environments, and assist with hands-on technical troubleshooting and user onboarding.

Work tasks ##

  • Receive and prioritize support requests via phone, email, chat, and in person
  • Troubleshoot workstations, software, printers, connectivity, and mobile devices
  • Support onsite meeting rooms, collaboration tools, and facilitate cloud adoption
  • Prepare laptops, replace hardware, and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to specialists
  • Keep users informed, confirm resolutions, and update troubleshooting documentation

We are looking for ##

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
  • Good knowledge of Level 1 and Level 2 IT support workflows
  • Advanced communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, service-oriented mindset
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, an asset
  • Responsible, Supportive, Intellectually curious, & Energetic Personality
