Et c-est là que tu entres en jeu : nous recherchons un Office coordinator à 40% pour accompagner la vie quotidienne de notre bureau genevois.

Dans ce rôle, tu es le point de contact central du bureau : tu fais en sorte que tout marche - de la machine à café aux présentations pour le Branch Manager. Tu es à la fois chef-fe d-orchestre logistique, problem solver du quotidien et garant·e du bon fonctionnement de l'office face à des équipes commerciales exigeantes. En bref, la personne sans qui le bureau ne tournerait pas aussi bien.

Tâches ##

  • Gérer l-organisation du bureau : commandes de fournitures, demandes internes (matériel, IT), suivi des consommables, installation des postes de travail
  • Être l-interlocuteur·trice des prestataires externes (nettoyage, conciergerie, livraisons, etc.)
  • Créer des présentations hebdomadaires et soutenir le Branch Manager dans la diffusion des communications
  • Piloter la conception et la logistique des événements internes avec une énergie fédératrice (des apéritifs hebdomadaires à la Christmas party)
  • Gérer les dépenses liées à l-office management et assurer la coordination avec l-équipe Finance
  • Suivre et traiter les appels ainsi que les e-mails de contact / info

Nous cherchons ##

Tu es idéalement :

  • Étudiant·e inscrit·e pour encore au moins 12 mois
  • Doté·e d'un vrai sens du service, tu sais aussi dire non et prioriser
  • Organisé·e, réactif·ve et doté·e d'une excellente résistance au stress pour garder la tête froide face aux imprévus et aux urgences
  • Porté·e par une énergie positive et communicatif·ve, tu contribues naturellement à une bonne ambiance de travail
  • À l-aise avec la suite Google Office (Google sheet, Google slide, etc.)
  • Fluent en français, avec un très bon niveau d-anglais (C1)
  • Disponible à 40 % (4 shifts par semaine) avec présence obligatoire le lundi matin et jeudi après-midi, plus deux shifts supplémentaires au choix entre les lundis, mardis, mercredis et jeudis
  • Flexible jusqu-à 50 % sur certaines périodes (fin mars par exemple)
  • Motivé·e à participer aux événements marquants de la Branch (Goal Trip, Summer, Autumn, Christmas)
