Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Maintenance Tertiaire justifiant d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire. Missions principales : o Organiser et piloter les activités de maintenance des installations et équipements des bâtiments tertiaires, en garantissant leur bon fonctionnement. o Planifier et coordonner les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective afin de limiter les interruptions de service et d'assurer la continuité d'exploitation. o Superviser les interventions des techniciens et des prestataires externes, en veillant au respect des délais, des exigences de qualité et des règles de sécurité. o Suivre les performances des installations, analyser les dysfonctionnements et mettre en oeuvre des actions d'amélioration pour optimiser la fiabilité des équipements. o Gérer les budgets et les ressources liés à la maintenance, tout en assurant le suivi des interventions et le reporting auprès des interlocuteurs concernés. o Vous disposez d'une formation technique supérieure ou spécialisée en maintenance, génie électrique, génie climatique ou gestion technique des bâtiments. o Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire. o Vous êtes capable de planifier et de coordonner des interventions, de gérer les priorités et de suivre les prestataires. o Une expérience dans la gestion technique de bâtiments tertiaires. o Des connaissances en génie climatique (CVC), installations électriques, plomberie et systèmes de sécurité incendie. o La maîtrise d'outils de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO) et de suivi des interventions. o Une expérience en gestion budgétaire, suivi de contrats de maintenance et coordination de sous-traitants. o Une bonne connaissance des réglementations et normes applicables aux installations techniques des bâtiments.Les avantages ACALYRejoindre ACALY, c'est bénéficier d'un CDI à temps plein et d'un package de rémunération adapté au niveau de responsabilité du poste.
